What is Law of Attraction?

I listened to a live conference call with Amy Scott Grant and Michael Losier (Michael is the author of The Law of Attraction: How to Attract More of What You Want and Less of What You Don't Want, and Amy is the author of The Success Method: Nine Simple Steps to a Life That Makes Sense).

Here are some notes I that I took during the call that I thought all of you might be interested in.

Vibes = Vibrations = Moods or Feelings

A Law of Attraction FACTS:

I attract to my life and business whatever I give my energy, attention and focus to, whether negative or positive.

At every moment including right now, I am sending a vibe whether negative or positive AND at every moment the law of attraction (a science) is responding to my vibration by giving me more of the same whether negative or positive.

The law of attraction has only one job - to match vibration.

Words create thoughts which create feelings (vibrations) which create results... Therefore words create results.

Whenever you use the words *don't*, *not*, or *no* you are creating negatively.

The mind doesn't register those words. For example, what would your dog hear if you said to him, "Don't go for a walk" or "Don't have a treat" ? Your dog hears and registers the key word *walk* or *treat* and focuses on THAT with a wagging tail!

What do you automatically focus on when you hear "Don't see a rainbow." You get the idea. Those three words, *don't*, *not*, or *no* are just invisible to the mind, so when you use them, you create the opposite result you intended.

When you catch yourself saying any of those three words, stop and RESET your intention to "So what do I want?"

When you go from what you don't want to what you do want, the words change. When the words change, the vibration changes and you can only hold one vibration at a time. Choose the positive!

Here's an example of that process:

"I don't want this extra weight on my body."

What does your mind hear, register and focus on? EXTRA WEIGHT

Reset your word button! What is it that you DO want? Change the statement to the positive, like this:

"I want to be slim."

Here's another one:

"I don't want to be poor."

What does your mind hear, register and focus on? BEING POOR.

Reset your word button! What is it that you DO want? Change the statement to the positive, like this:

"I want to pay my bills easily and have plenty left over."

If you want to catch tonight's live call on the same subject, you still have time - it's at 9 p.m. Eastern. Register for the call here:
